How can you implement Zoho Workflow?
Zoho asked me to present a webinar to their users on Workflow Automation: what is it, why would you use it and how would you implement it in your own Zoho CRM database. Below is a recording of the webinar including the answers to quite a few questions at the end. In it I cover basics of Zoho CRM Workflow, as well as some advanced concepts and explain what you can do in each of the Zoho Editions. I also briefly cover how to create Zoho Macros and how they are different from Workflows. (The audio track starts about 10 seconds in to the webinar.)

Hi Susan,
At 41:00 of the video, you mention that you can stop scheduled emails by changing the status to “closed won”.
Can you explain how to achieve this? (Zoho have told me that it’s only possible by converting the lead).
Also…
Where can I see the scheduled emails?
Are those scheduled emails editable? (If I want to drop in an extra note or comment, or simply check that they’re created correctly)
Is it also possible to stop all scheduled actions or alerts in the workflow?
If you can point me to some information on this, or talk me through it… fantastic!
Thanks,
Kim
Workflows can be created for any module. In the webinar I discussed various examples of workflows. That one was a workflow for Deals (sorry it I didn’t make that clear). So the support person was right. Deals are not related to Leads, so it would not work for an unconverted lead.
You can see the scheduled emails by clicking on the Timeline link at the top left of the screen. Click Info to return to the normal view. If you disable the workflow it will stop all future events (in Enterprise) or you can change the record parameters so that it no longer meets the workflow conditions. This will also stop the future emails.
