How hard is Zoho to set up?
It’s actually pretty easy to get started.
Start with the free version to see what you think.
The free version allows for up to 3 users (forever). However the feature set is limited (no email integration, no custom fields, custom reports, workflows, etc). If you need more users or more capability, it is easy and quick to upgrade.
What do I get with the paid version?
With the paid version you can start to customize to your company’s needs. The customization is not hard (it’s not rocket science) and Zoho offers you lots of options on how to set it up. You can watch YouTube videos or read my book, but at some point, it is not about the technical steps, but about best business practices. And that is where we excel.
