Sometimes we get so used to looking at something that we miss what is right in front of us. For example, have you noticed that Recent Items icon at the bottom right of the Zoho CRM screen?
This is one of my favorite areas to click in Zoho. It remembers the last 20 records that you viewed. Whether it was an Appointment, a Task, a Lead, an Account, a Potential, or a Contact (example pictured here), you can click on the Recent Items icon to pop out the list so that you can quickly revisit one of those records, just by clicking on it.
