I know that moving from your current CRM is not an insignificant decision. I hosted a webinar (see the replay below) for my friends and clients to give them my vision for the future of CRM, as well as an alternative option to CRM software for their businesses. It’s about 30 min and covers my comments on the future of CRM. Whether you are using ACT, Salesforce, or something else, I have a very viable option for you that we’ve been using as our primary CRM for sometime now.
If you would like to talk about whether Zoho might be a good decision for your company,
I would love to chat with you about it. Set up some time (no charge) on my calendar using this link: http://susanclark.appointlet.com
At the end of one of my webinars, I agreed to answer questions. I went pretty fast and did a few demos. Even so, this portion also went about 30 minutes. If you would like to review that part of the webinar, you can see it here:
As I said on the webinar, if you decide to stay with ACT!, then we are still here for you. But if you have hit the wall… really let’s talk. Use the link above to schedule some time, or go to our home page https://www.zcrmhelp.com and sign up for the basic, free (forever) trial of Zoho CRM
Susan – Enjoy the intro to Zoho. Do you know if it is compatible with corporations that use Office 360 (Outlook version)?
Mike,
Yes Zoho is compatible with Office 365.
Susan, enjoyed your intro to Zoho video.
I think one of the biggest sales assists I could use to bring this to the rest of the company would be the Q&A that was after the presentation. Many of those were ones that company members would have. Did you make a recording of that part and if so, would it be possible to get it?
Also, in the presentation you mentioned transferring just about all areas of an ACT database except Documents. Would that be transferred also and you just didn’t mention it?
Thank you!
Jaylene,
I just posted the second half of the webinar to this page. In answer to your second question, yes we can migrate everything out of ACT! and into Zoho CRM, even Attachments/Documents. Let me know if you have any other questions.
